Our Third Place

Imagining together the world of tomorrow

From the beginning, our new building was intended as a multi-functional space accompanying the development of JVD in its needs for storage, manufacturing, workspaces, rest areas, and visitor reception. It is therefore a versatile, sustainable site that must also embody the values of JVD and embody the company’s CSR project. It demonstrates our commitment to serving our customers well, manufacturing products in France to create jobs, and limit the environmental impact of our activity. This place also aims to play a societal role, particularly in supporting solidarity initiatives and in creating social ties. Naturally, we wanted to take a step further and give Imagin’Air a broader role: to be a Third Place. A space that fosters social ties where professionals and local stakeholders can meet, exchange ideas, and imagine together the world of tomorrow.

CREATING SOCIAL TIES

Allowing our teams, local residents, friends, and clients to come together around various initiatives.

ENCOURAGING

Welcoming startups and thus allowing an entrepreneur to settle (with bags full of ideas) for some time in a supportive and helpful environment.

SUPPORTING

Offering associations the opportunity to present themselves to obtain financial or material support. Training and educating to strengthen employability, and develop everyone's ability to live in a complex world.

THE ENTREPRENEURS WELCOME PROGRAM.

JVD's Third Place mission is to welcome startups and thus allow an entrepreneur to settle (with bags full of ideas) for some time in a supportive and helpful environment.

FOR WHOM?

An entrepreneur who has launched a business activity in the fields of hygiene, hospitality, air quality, or IoT.

WHAT IS THE GUEST'S RETURN?

2 hours of their time given each week to help JVD with various subjects, related to their skills: employee training, meal preparation, participation in a working group.

WHAT PROMISE DOES JVD MAKE?

JVD provides a workstation (excluding computer equipment) for 3 months, renewable once. The Forum space and the dining area will also be accessible to residents.
